Introducing xpflow: Building the Growth Engine the Partnership Economy Needs

Since spring of this year, we’ve been working on something we believe the partnership economy badly needs. Today we’re making it official: xpflow is a company built to solve a problem we’ve each spent years watching from the inside. The partnership economy is massive, growing, and still running on manual effort and gut instinct.

Affiliate and partnership marketing now drives a meaningful share of e-commerce revenue globally. Yet the tools marketers rely on haven’t kept pace. Finding the right partners is slow. Evaluating performance is fragmented. Scaling what works means more headcount, not better systems. And the partners who could actually move the needle for your brand? They’re buried under the same noise as everyone else.

We started xpflow because AI has reached the point where these problems don’t have to exist anymore.

What we’re building

xpflow is a platform that automates the discovery of high-impact partners and maximizes the lifetime value of every partner relationship. In practice, that means replacing weeks of manual research, outreach, and analysis with intelligent systems that surface the right partners, at the right time, with the right context for your brand.

Our goal isn’t to add another dashboard to the stack. It’s to become the most powerful growth engine for the partnership economy, one that lets marketers spend their time on strategy and relationships instead of spreadsheets and search.

Why now

Three things have converged. First, partnership and affiliate marketing has matured from a side channel into a core revenue driver, and the budgets and expectations reflect that. Second, AI capabilities, particularly in matching, prediction, and automation, have crossed the threshold where they can handle the complexity of real partner ecosystems. Third, brands are under pressure to grow efficiently, and partnerships are one of the few channels where ROI still scales without proportional spend increases.

The gap between the opportunity and the tooling is where xpflow lives.

The team behind it

We’ve assembled a team of product leaders and marketers who have built and scaled the kinds of programs xpflow is designed to accelerate. People who’ve lived the pain of managing partner pipelines manually, who’ve seen what works and what doesn’t at scale, and who understand that the best technology is the kind that disappears into the workflow.

That operational experience shapes everything about how we build. We’re not starting from theory. We’re starting from the daily reality of partnership marketers and working backward to the technology.

What comes next

We’re currently working closely with a founding group of brands and partners to build xpflow in the open, testing, iterating, and validating against real programs with real revenue on the line.
